About the Position: The position serves in the Accounting Department at the Mississippi Alcohol Beverage Control Division of the Mississippi Department of Revenue. Employee will work extensively in the DOR tax system and in the statewide accounting program (MAGIC) to process transactions in accordance with agency policy and procedures. Employee will analyze and reconcile accounts and will ensure payments are made timely. Employee will communicate with stakeholders and respond to questions related to fees, taxes, rules, policies, and regulations.
