Russian Server Monitoring Agents（Night Shift） job at Mechanist Games China, US

Job Description

We are seeking a Russian Server Monitoring Agent (Night Shift) for our mobile games. It is a remote position, working hours are between 19:00-04:00 (GMT +3):

Monitoring different game servers between 19:00-04:00 (GMT +3) by utilizing various tools;
Noticing supervisors as soon as possible in case of abnormal situations like server issues or a sudden drop in the number of players;
Filling reports that demonstrate hourly and daily server & ticket numbers;
Proactively obtain information through social media and other channels in case of an unexpected problem;
Talking with players through various channels to obtain detailed information if necessary;
Attending online weekly meetings.
