This role is pivotal in building and maintaining our law firm websites, ensuring they are dynamic, user-friendly, and visually appealing.

Job Description:

We are looking for a WordPress Guru with a strong background in web development. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a deep understanding of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and best practices. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our websites to ensure an exceptional user experience for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins, tailored to the needs of a law firm, a huge plus but not required
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create user-friendly and visually appealing website layouts.
  • Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and mobile responsiveness.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Monitor website security and implement measures to protect against threats.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with web design and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with legal industry-specific requirements and compliance.
  • Knowledge of content management and digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Strong experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
